The room was clean and really nice, and I loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. Online check-in in the building worked well, although the promised main door code never came by email and I had to sort it out through the WhatsApp assistant. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. A very pleasant stay.

I’d give most of the stars for the breakfast and the girls working there. The hotel is very close to the centre, and self check-in was easy. The room had a few problems, though: it was a bit too cold because the heating only got slightly warm most of the time. The bed creaked whenever we moved, there was mold on the walls, and the TV wouldn’t work even after we followed all the instructions.

The breakfast was one of the best I had while travelling through 14 countries that summer. The room was clean, modern and nice, and the staff were incredible. Veronicka, the manager, was so helpful to me as an American traveller that I enjoyed the stay enough to add an unplanned night. I’d give the place 10 stars if Google allowed it.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and nice. Everything was ready on time, and the whole staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, and the restaurant food was amazing. The staff were lovely too: Marta, Sašs, Veronica, Julie, Jarka, Vesna and Marika.
