The breakfast was below average, and the kitchenette barely had anything beyond a sink and an old plastic kettle. Neither of the two TVs, one in each room, worked. The hot water was only lukewarm, even in winter. In the middle of peak winter, the heaters in our family suite weren't working. The hotel didn't fix the problem and instead offered us another family room at a much higher price, after we'd already paid a lot. It felt like a scam. This was the worst hotel experience I've had in any country.

The food in the restaurant was good, and so was breakfast. Our room was clean, and we got fresh towels daily, though the WiFi was very slow, ha ha. There was also a children's playground. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, with a really quiet, relaxing atmosphere. You can walk about 500 meters to touch mist and get a romantic feeling. A nice place to unwind.

Fast WiFi, parking, and a quiet area, all for a cheap price. Breakfast had a few hot dishes, but the watery juice was so bad it was impossible to drink.

The room was clean and nice, and the woman at reception was friendly. Breakfast was just okay, maybe 2/5. The coffee machine only poured water, and at around 8:10 am the two girls working there were outside smoking and looking at their phones, with nobody to ask for help. The yogurt tasted really bad, like vodka, and I spent the day going between the toilet and the bed. The pancakes were really hard, and the juice tasted weird, like powder mixed with water.

The setting is beautiful and ideal for walks, but the hotel is very expensive. I wouldn't recommend it for a stay longer than a day. The breakfasts were the worst I've had in my career, with hardly any variety: old honey, no fresh cheese or ham, no sweet pastries, and sour coffee. I was disappointed. There was no TV signal, and reception didn't try to improve things. The carpet was one big, dirty, ugly piece that should have been thrown out ages ago. My towel had a hole in it, though at least it was clean.
