The interior was nice and clean, and that's the reason for the one star. The shower only had cold, slightly warm water, and the bedroom had no fridge or electric kettle. The room was very basic, which could have been fine, but this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We also had to pay for the wellness, which makes no sense when you're staying there. Breakfast was very basic for 200€/night. In the end, this is expensive accommodation with minimal service and poor value for money.

We appreciated the playroom and toys for the little guests in the restaurant. The food there was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious, above standard, with comfortable beds. The accommodation is new and modern but simple, in a Nordic style, just a 3 min drive from Klinovec Ski Center. We'd love to come back in the summer!

The place looks nice and new, but the kitchen feels like it's from the early 80s. We went for dinner tonight and got an awful soup and main dish, followed by a microwave pancake for dessert. The menu online wasn't the one we received. What a shame. Won't go back.
