The apartment was so peaceful and private, with an amazing terrace and a whirlpool right in the room. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The lady at reception was very nice too. Really wonderful!

The restaurant's quality matches its slightly high prices for Louny, and the service is excellent, especially Mr. Stanislav. I'd make the lunch menu more varied and cheaper. It isn't always full at lunchtime, which I think is a shame, and a better menu and price could help fill it.

The receptionist was really kind and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. There’s no restaurant on site, but lots of places to eat nearby. I had a great stay.
