The room we booked was meant to have a bedroom, a bath, and a balcony. What we ended up with was a single room with a sofa, a shower, and bugs in the windows. A bottle of champagne for 100 crowns doesn’t make up for it, and our New Year celebration was ruined. The week before our vacation, we were asked to cancel the reservation, then told they could put us in another apartment in the same building. The day before, I got a call saying we were being moved again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this owner.

We had such a good time in this spa town and would gladly return. The house parking was included in the stay, which was a big plus. We warmly recommend this lovely, clean accommodation in Mariánské lázně. Mrs. owner Hnátová was a wonderful host who always helped us and offered advice.
