Parking is the main drawback: there are only two spaces at the house and they're often taken. To enter the zone you have to pay a daily fee of 50 CZK at a coin machine, and there isn't a weekly option. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, with a great bathroom and sanitary facilities. The kitchenette is well equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, DolceGusto capsule coffee machine and dishwasher, though the dishwasher didn't work. It's a very quiet spot, practically in the forest, just a few minutes from the main colonnade. There's TV, satellite and Wi-Fi.

Good price, a kitchen of your own, and both the forest and the colonnade just a short walk away!
