The rooms were clean, though a little dated. Given the age of the building, I wasn't expecting everything to feel modern, and I was still very happy with my stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a really good selection. Being right in the centre made it easy to get around on foot. It was a comfortable, pleasant hotel for a trip to Mariánské Lázně.

From the range of breakfast options to the sauna, the hotel had the services I expected. It's comfortable, stylish, and clean. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Marianske Lazne.

It's probably one of the town's most beautiful buildings. The location is convenient, and there's wheelchair access. I liked the high ceilings, and the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were very nice too. A lovely place to stay and relax.

For me, the main drawback was that there's no pool, and the sauna wasn't operating during our stay. Apart from that, we had a great time, and the whole staff was terrific. We'll definitely return. My friend and I spent three nights there and came away feeling well rested. The hotel is ideally placed near both the Colonnade and the Singing Fountain, as well as the Slavkovsky Forest, a beautiful spot for a hike. We paid for a Deluxe room, which was spacious, well equipped, and had a lovely view. We were glad we could park at the hotel for a fee. Breakfast was hearty, and, as in all OREA hotels, there was a coffee bar with a barista, which matters quite a lot to me.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and balconies, and the hotel's WiFi worked well. The location is excellent. The bathroom could use a makeover. There's plenty of private parking beside the hotel, so parking could be free. The dog fee also felt overpriced for the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, there’s no pool, only a sauna.
