The staff were very kind during my stay, and breakfast was decent. This is a very antique hotel. You can hear trains passing on the nearby track, but it isn't too bothersome. The location is great, near the Old Town, a mall, and the train station.

The main thing going for this hotel is its central spot in the spa, close to all the main attractions. We stayed in August 2016, so apologies for the late review. Our room was OK and had its own bathroom. The breakfast buffet had an acceptable selection, and both lunch and dinner were edible. The restaurant staff seemed rather incompetent, with some appearing to just wander around. As others have said, you're better off going elsewhere for massages and other spa procedures. Some advertised services, like bike rentals, weren't available.

The portions were large, just how I like them, and the meal we had at the hotel cafe this evening was very good. The staff were nice and we had an enjoyable time. I'll go back there during the next week.
