The massage was wonderful, and trying the spring water was one of the best parts of the trip my husband and I took to Queen’s Hotel in Mariánské Lázně. Our room was clean and cozy, and we both enjoyed our stay. The staff were all right. They weren't the best-behaved people, but I could tell they were making an effort, which I appreciated. One moment at breakfast on Tuesday really startled me. I was waiting for toast when a staff member hurried over and opened a low cupboard beside my leg, hitting me with it. She said “pardon” and rushed off. It hurt for a while because she flung it open so hard. The dining room wasn't busy, either: downstairs was empty, and only about five tables upstairs were occupied. The rush seemed unnecessary, though I forgive her. Even with that incident, we had a lovely time. Thanks for the experience.

The bathroom was great, and our room was spacious with a balcony. They provided a bed for our baby, and parking was free. Definitely recommend.

The spa robe was torn, as were the sheets for the spa. That added to my disappointment when I first got to the room: there was a big, visible stain on the carpet, apparently from an earlier accident. I also noticed the shelves had only been cleaned up to a certain height when I put my clothes away.

There were eight tennis courts around the hotel for guests to play on. The rooms were okay, though the staff didn't speak English.
