We had a small reservation mix-up, but the staff sorted it out quickly and without any trouble. Very nice hotel, and a great place to spend the night in Mikulov if you want to get to the center quickly.

Communication was very nice, parking is nearby, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is lovely, with a very nice restaurant for dinner. The rooms are spacious, though a little cold in winter. There’s an AC unit with a heating function. Definitely recommend it for a short stay.

Getting to the old town center takes only a few steps, and the train station is a convenient 10-minute walk if you walk fast. There are plenty of ways to explore from here. The receptionist was lovely, and I thought the hotel itself had a welcoming face too. Even the basic room was delightful, large, recently renovated, with paint literally drying as I walked in, and a beautiful view of the castle. Breakfast was unusually good, with lots of options I haven't seen in other European hotels. Dinner was delicious too, with plenty of excellent pasta dishes. I recommend the risotto! A perfect base in Mikulov.

I strongly recommend this small hotel, especially for its customer service. During a century flood, when no Uber rides were available, the staff went out of their way to find us transportation. It also has a great wine cellar, and the grapevine patio is worth checking out.
