The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There’s parking around the corner, but you have to request it separately. Once you enter your registration number online, the barrier opens automatically. I can recommend the place if the check-in process won’t bother you. I hated it: there was far too much to fill in, plus a card pre-authorization for possible damage. I’ve never encountered that at any Airbnb or hotel, and it seemed ridiculous. They said two or three times that I had to do it, but the prepayment link email never arrived, so I couldn’t see why all of that was needed.

The room itself was nice and clean, but that doesn’t help when you can’t get inside it. We’d booked and paid in advance for three rooms through booking.com, but the residence check-in machine didn’t work because we hadn’t been sent the codes. Reception initially helped us by phone, but we had to pay for the first room again. After that, we could get into just one of the three rooms. We tried calling the same number several more times and couldn’t reach anyone, so we had to share that one room. In the end, we paid twice for one room and got none of the other rooms we’d already paid for.

The digital door code system seems convenient, but it failed on our last night, locking my girlfriend and me out of our otherwise nice room just before we had to start our trip back to catch our flight. There was no one on reception or answering the phone at night, so we had to call a locksmith to open the door. The hotel is refusing to refund the 130 Euros service charge (3300 CZK). Appalling service. Do not recommend.

The rooms are nice, but the service was terrible. The automated entry system locked us out, so we had to call an emergency locksmith. It cost nearly 150 Euros to get into the room, collect our things, and leave for the airport. We politely documented the kiosk errors and the locksmith visit through Whatsapp. They replied only the next afternoon, asking us to email them. We were just asking for the locksmith cost back. That’s it.
