DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE The worst stay imaginable. There was no effort to communicate, and reception was constantly without staff to sort anything out. The standard was very low for the price, and the room had no light and not even a kettle. We'd booked and paid for a room for 3 people, but one bed hadn't been made. At 10 pm, we had to search for staff and wait for someone to come make it. The stay ended with the receptionist's aggression. Instead of explaining what she needed from us, she started pulling me, shouting in Czech, and grabbing my luggage and my hand instead of trying to communicate. I tried to understand what she wanted and how to solve the problem, and told them that attacking us was unacceptable. She showed me the MIDDLE FINGER. A disgrace. Never again.

At check-in the receptionist gave me the wrong key, her mistake, then shouted at me. You might think she was just a nasty receptionist, maybe new or having a bad day. Surprise, she is actually the hotel owner. Jaw dropping. Maybe that would have passed in 1980, but not 40 years later. Rude treatment of a well-behaved customer is a huge red flag. The food wasn't great and the room wasn't clean either. Disappointed.

I spent 10 nights here, and it wasn't restful. Sounds from the hallways echo loudly, and cleaning starts around eight every morning, waking you up. The room stays really dark even with all the lights on. There was just one power socket, in a very inconvenient spot. The beds, pillows, and even blankets weren't comfortable. No kettle or anything like that.
