Skalní Mlýn Adršpach

Our stay was a nightmare despite the lovely setting and the hotel's pretty exterior. At around 1:00 AM, about ten drunk guests gathered outside our room, yelling, shifting furniture, and nearly fighting. It carried on until 2:30 AM. My boyfriend called out to them, but nothing changed, and we barely slept. I called the front desk to ask for help, but the phone just rang and nobody answered. No staff member came to deal with the disturbance or make sure other guests could have some peace. We explained what had happened at reception the next morning. The staff brushed it off, showed no concern, and offered neither an apology nor an effort to make it right. After such a terrible night, that felt insulting. The same group was also allowed to drink and make noise in the restaurant well past its stated 8:00 PM closing time. We'd hurried back from a long excursion to follow the schedule, only to find that it didn't seem to apply to disruptive drunk guests. This was among the worst hotel stays we've had. A pretty place isn't worth staying at if staff won't keep basic order or respond when guests ask for help.

The sign at the door said the restaurant opened at 11:30, but it was still closed at noon. The staff were impolite. I wanted to wait there until they opened, but they said I couldn't even use the bathroom and would have to go outside, so I left.

Really lovely hotel, with cute plushies, great rooms, and tasty food at good prices. There's lots to do, from the spa and fitness facilities to billiards. 10/10.

The rooms are nice and the staff are amazing, but getting to and from the hotel on public transport is a pain. I'd strongly recommend having a car.
