The central location is a real plus, and the apartment is clean and nice. But anyone who sleeps lightly should think twice. In summer, you may need to leave the window open because of the heat, and then trams pass about 2m away while people yell along the busy street. Earplugs don't block it all. That's not the operator's fault, but it's something to consider when booking. The inside carries sound too: the bathroom opens straight onto the main room, and closing its door makes enough noise that a trip to the toilet can wake the others.

We liked the apartment, and it's attractive, well equipped, and in a handy spot for exploring central Olomouc. The WiFi was listed as an amenity, but it didn't work for half our stay. At night, trams went right below the windows, as we'd expected, while loud drunk people moved between the bars downstairs all night. Since they were smoking, we couldn't air out the room. That's outside the owner's control, but it made the night difficult.
