I can't comment on the place itself, but the service from the male bartender was rubbish. There were several tense moments during the evening. He was rude and impolite, and didn't treat customers appropriately. Maybe it was because most of us were students, I don't know. Several times he didn't pour us a full serving and seemed to be trying to cheat us. When I pointed out, “Hey, it's not full,” an argument started. I told him I knew these tricks because I work as a bartender too, and he suddenly slapped me. People gathered around and got us to stop. It's unbelievable that an experienced bartender would short customers on what they paid for, then physically assault one when challenged. Maybe he didn't like my approach or was in a bad mood, maybe he can't stand students. I can't say. He acted unprofessionally, and I think this kind of behavior is a major reason the business is failing. In a bar, restaurant, store, anywhere, people expect to get what they've paid for.

The food looked like something from a school kitchen, and cobwebs covered the rusty heating system. This was one of the worst “restaurants” I've been to. The service was the one positive, the staff tried to treat every customer very well.

The rooms were just average. We would have liked the reception area to be cleaner, since people were drinking and smoking there.
