The building is full of history and really well kept, with absolutely stunning surroundings. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Food was tasty and properly Czech, and the helpful, polite staff were flexible too. They even got chopped ice for our car cooler box. Service isn't nonstop, but each room has keys so you can get into the building at any time. There's free parking at the hotel and more right next to it. There are so many activities nearby, including family-friendly options. Be sure to visit the Basilic, Olomouc, and the surrounding castles. It's a perfect place to unwind and relax.

The food is great, the building has a nice old style, and there's a large garden with fruit trees. But at night they lock you in, so you can't even get to the garden or your car, and there's nobody around to help. The water isn't drinkable, and in the morning it stopped working altogether, so we couldn't wash or flush the toilet. Apart from the room toilets, there's only one toilet in the basement, inaccessible to people with disabilities. The men's toilet also has a really awkward layout and is hard for men to use. This ruined my experience. They have known about the problem for a long time but still haven't done anything to properly solve it.

A beautiful area for hiking, with at least two good restaurants and a cafeteria nearby. The apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly. It was a great place to stay with kids. Highly recommend.

I was here for a wedding. The space was a bit too small, but we managed, and the garden was nice.
