The sauna was lovely, and the room was comfortable and clean, with an efficient team. I came in with very high expectations and the stay still exceeded them. I only wish work hadn’t kept me from enjoying the hotel more, I could’ve happily spent the whole day there.

I had a card problem when booking through the hotel website and was charged twice. The staff and manager were very helpful, and we managed to sort it out. Booking there also included spa access, which I used once. The saunas and relaxation areas were nice and felt very clean. My Junior Suite was roomy and matched the photos. The building has been renovated nicely inside, and the room had a good bed, bathroom, and workspace. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the city, but I’d be happy to book here again.

Breakfast had a good spread of choices, and we enjoyed the town as well. The hotel is lovely, with a nice, roomy room. The only thing missing was luggage racks, though we used the two square ottomans instead. A great place to stay, no complaints.

The room was hard to relax in because it was dirty and the pipes were very loud.

10/10
The staff were friendly, and the location is handy, right by public transport and very close to the central square. The recently renovated rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities, including quiet, efficient air conditioning that was great in late June. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice.
