Really good

Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a view over Ramzova. Inside, there’s a large bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, as well as a living room with a double bed, sofa, and TV. The kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of cookware and dishes. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, and there’s an electric dryer for shoes and gloves in the hallway. Keys are kept in a secure box by the door, with instructions sent by email. A great place to get away.

There are board games and cards in the apartment, and the kitchen has all the basics, including an electric stove, microwave, and fridge. Outside, there’s a fireplace and grill, so bring your own bacon. The view of Šerák, the giant rocks, and the Ramzová valley is beautiful, and Petříkov and Ramzová are both just a short distance away. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we had a good impression overall. What bothered us was that none of the advertised services were available. We understood the restaurant and sauna being closed because we came out of season. The hot water was another downside: there’s a low-pressure electric heater in the room, so showering felt like a bit of an adrenaline rush 😂😂. We were also meant to have WiFi in each apartment, but didn’t. We could only pick up a weak signal from another apartment. Downstairs there’s a children’s playroom with a ping-pong table, Lego, and other toys. I can recommend it.

We had a lovely time here as a family and would gladly return. The modern duplex has three bedrooms and a smaller kitchen that’s well equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and basic dishes. I was especially pleased with the beds, towels, and underfloor heating. The view over the Ramzova ski resort is beautiful, and a children’s lift is right next to the accommodation.
