Fabrika Hotel

I’ve spent more than 25 nights here over the last 3 years. The price has gone up, and the current rate feels too high for what you get. Breakfast could use better coffee, perhaps from the nice machine at the bar, and some fresh fruit ready to eat. There are good points: it’s always very clean and tidy, the Restaurant and Bar are excellent, reception is open 24 hours, and there’s a high speed charger for cars. But the rooms need an update, with a fresher design, rather than a renovation. The beds are narrow, quite hard and stiff, and not very comfortable compared with other hotels. Shower pressure is sometimes low in the morning. The TV feels about 10 years old, and there’s no water cooker in the room. Thanks!

The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are clean and nicely designed in this modern new hotel. Humpolec isn’t a tourist town, so don’t expect nature views, but that does mean free parking and easy highway access. Breakfast was quite poor.

I can’t believe there’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms in 2026. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’m never coming back.

Restaurant only. The building is attractive, modern and sleek, and the patio is lovely. The hotel has won numerous awards, so the odd service left me puzzled. Nobody acknowledged us when we arrived, and we waited quite a while before a waiter brought menus. There weren’t any wines on the drinks menu, which I found odd. I went with Prosecco, but it arrived at room temperature and I had to ask for ice. The cheese tasted good, but two pieces with stale bread and no butter, plus 4 twigs of greens, hardly felt worth the price. Two appetizers, one warm glass of Prosecco and a lemonade came to over 600 crowns 🤣🤣 They didn’t even offer us water.
