Penzion Morava

I've stayed at this hotel quite often since 2022 because it's convenient for working at our plant, Continental Barum tire manufacturing company in Otrokovice, Czech Republic. The hotel is very good, and Mrs. Jarka Chanova has been especially kind, friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Once, when no rooms were available, I needed to move to another room, and she helped me find one.

The room was spacious and really nice, and the bathroom was large too. The noise from outside was a problem, though. The receptionist also communicated poorly. When a guest didn't know how to use the coffee machine, reception didn't show them how. They just switched it off and went back to work.

My friend was supposed to join me on my last night, as we'd discussed in advance, and I was willing to pay the extra for double occupancy. But at 2 am, it turned into a huge drama. The reception clerk even said they were sorry they'd booked the room and let us reserve it. The staff were rude, incompetent, and gave misleading information. I left with a very bad impression, won't come back, and recommend choosing another hotel.

The simple furniture is arranged really well, and the place has a luxurious feel without going overboard. It reminds me of Swedish style. You can feel at home here.
