I booked for myself and some friends four months ahead of a big concert, at a reasonable price. Two weeks before it, I was told the booking had been cancelled because my card was invalid. That was total B.S., my card is fine. I contacted the property straight away. The owner said she was sorry, couldn't restore the booking because it had already been snapped up, but could offer us another room for three people at double the price. Absolute scum. Looking at the other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who thinks so. AVOID.

We had booked two nights for the Ed Sheeran concert. A month beforehand, the property marked two of my credit cards as invalid, though I checked with the bank and they were fine. Then they cancelled the reservation. I could book again, of course, but the new price was over 800 euro instead of the original 230. They're just cheating people to get more money. Ridiculous. I'd avoid it.

We stayed in two rooms, each with three beds and a kitchen ready to use. My friend chose the place and did a great job. A really nice option when you're looking for somewhere in Pardubice 😎 Strong recommend.

The landlord was great to communicate with, and the rooms were clean and nice. The flat itself was lovely and cozy, with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome bottle of frizzante wine 😁, especially since it was so hot outside.
