The view from this hillside spot was probably the one good thing. The Booking offer looked attractive, with a low price and all-inclusive, but getting there in our own car wasn’t possible. We were charged €35 for a taxi and nearby parking, despite the website saying parking was free. The fee covered the ride to and from the hotel as well as the parking ticket, and the road conditions hadn’t been explained. The wellness was the main reason we booked. We’d reserved two hours, but the host, who didn’t speak English, said we’d get just one. Nobody had told us that the wellness area was in the hotel next door, either, so we spent 20 minutes of our jacuzzi and sauna time walking there. In winter, that uphill walk wasn’t short, especially when we hadn’t been told it was at another location. Breakfast was okay, with standard choices but not much variety. Dinner was a mess: leftover soup and a single main option, rice with mushrooms and beef. I’d have preferred the breakfast food. The room was supposed to have a hairdryer, but I couldn’t find one, including in the bathroom. I didn’t know I had to ask at reception, where the person couldn’t speak English. There was only one outlet for charging things. If we’d known about the extra costs and conditions, we wouldn’t have booked. The website also said each room had a hairdryer and gave no indication that wellness was limited to an hour. Definitely not recommended.
