The food itself was good, but the service made us feel completely unwelcome. We had to ask the waiter to come over so we could order, then were told to return to our table because apparently that was how table service worked. When we reported a mistake with the order, the waiter came back fuming. Being ignored and having to beg for attention wasn’t what I expected from a restaurant.

The prices already seemed high, and then they charged extra for fries and sauce with the fried cheese. The staff didn’t mention those added costs, and they weren’t shown on the menu. We ended up paying 435 CZK for one portion.

It’s very expensive, and side dishes aren’t included with the meal. You have to order through an app that asks for a service tip before you’ve even been served.

We were five at one table, and when one of us didn’t order anything, the waiter told that person to leave. The worst service ever.

The service was its own problem: the soup we ordered didn’t match what was brought, and nobody explained anything. Prices are completely out of touch too. For example, cheese with french fries cost over 500,-CZK. I’d stay away from this restaurant.
