Friendly, helpful hosts and a clean, comfortable stay. The penzion is in a quiet spot near PEC pod Sněžkou, about a 15-minute walk from the center.

The food was really good, with tasty dinners and plenty to choose from at breakfast, like bread, cheese, yogurt, salami, fruit and more. The hosts were pleasant, and this was nice, clean accommodation for very little money. The cottage is about 2 km from the cable car to Sněžka. I recommend it 👍.

Mr. Zdeněk Brýdl and cica1811 have no experience with our accommodation. They are guests at the Lokálka cottage, but came onto our private cleared parking area to brush snow off their cars, which had at least 20 cm of it on them. Anyone who has cleared packed snow knows why these gentlemen were sent away.

The food was something else, especially the venison svíčková, which still makes me go aaaah. Every dish seemed lovingly prepared, with no quick fixes. This cozy family penzion had a lovely feel, a very friendly staff, and absolute peace and quiet. The manager is the kind of person who’ll happily stop and chat whenever you meet him, and you remember him for a long time. Our kids loved it, and so did we and our Labrador :). We were far beyond what we expected. We’ll be back next year. Simply KARMA!
