The food was a highlight, and breakfast was more than enough. There’s plenty for kids and teenagers too, with game rooms, a playroom, and a children’s menu. We spent a lovely wedding anniversary here, and the staff really tried to make our stay comfortable. The wellness area is soothing and spacious for couples, and the private jacuzzi room was fantastic. The two ladies who gave us massages were wonderful, thank you to them. The reception team were so polite and made our evening by helping with the small problems at the start, even though those were completely out of their control. A few things could be better: the Wi-Fi is weak, there’s no satellite TV or streaming in the rooms, and there’s no tea or coffee provided or coffee machine. There is an electric kettle, and coffee is available at the supermarket downstairs. Bring your own laptop and tea or coffee supplies and you should still have a great stay.

The wellness centre was a great way for us to unwind after skiing. We came for a family ski trip in mid-February, and the location made things easy, with restaurants nearby and ski schools and the slopes within walking distance. Our room worked well for four, with bunk beds and a balcony you could step straight out onto. Michael at reception was a big help, both with the family and with getting the most out of the hotel facilities.

Michael was a great host and gave us useful recommendations. The slopes are an easy walk away, which made this a lovely family ski stay. We really enjoyed the facilities and would happily come back.

Mr. Michal was a great person to ask for information about Pec Pod Sneckou. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and modern, and restaurants and public transport were close by. I had a really good stay and would come back.

Our apartment was lovely, and we enjoyed both the wellness area and our yoga weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of Pec, so the location was perfect.
