The bathroom, especially the shower, really needs renovating. The mattresses are worn and should be replaced too. Otherwise, the location is excellent for reaching practically everything worth visiting in the Ore Mountains, by car or by train. The station is a 10-minute walk from the cottage, and all the essentials are nearby. With a decent bathroom, I'd have added another star.
It's clean, functional, and well located, and the owner was really nice and helpful. Just don't expect anything luxurious: the bathroom needs renovating, and there weren't any towels, which I consider a basic standard.
Right in the center of Perninok, the accommodation was clean and pleasant. The hostess was lovely, and it's a good fit for families with ordinary needs.
