We didn’t try the pool or retreat, but used the place as a base for a walk along the nearby stream and up to a beautiful lake. The property is spread across restored old buildings, done with care and a touch of sophistication. Our fully equipped apartments were comfortable, though we had to split our stay between two separate single apartments. We were so impressed with breakfast that we booked a double room for a second night, which was just as comfortable. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant, and the menu looked impressive. From what we saw, they put a lot of effort into keeping the restaurant going. We ended up here because a nearby festival had filled up all the reasonably priced hotels in Prague and around it. Getting here requires changing to local trains, but the place was a great surprise. The owner was sympathetic and helpful from our first contact. We arrived well after 10pm on the first night, and she was there with the keys, waiting for us. We want to thank her for that.

Wow. It was my first time in Tremosnice city, but after visiting this place, I’ll come back whenever I get the chance. The food is the best, the beer is nice, and the surroundings are simply lovely 😉
