The rooms were lovely, and the hotel has a boutique feel inside a historic building in Plzeň. The person at reception was friendly and helpful, and seemed to be the manager, or perhaps the owner.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of Pilsen, so everything is an easy walk away. There are lovely outdoor spots just behind the hotel, with places to stroll or sit on a bench. We also found a good parking garage about a ten-minute walk away at an unhurried pace.

The room was beautiful and spotless, though I didn't get much time to enjoy it because my stay was so short. I arrived late on Liberation Day and had to call several times for directions, but the owner was incredibly patient and kind despite my getting muddled. Everything was easy to sort out, and breakfast the next morning was fantastic. I'd love to stay longer next time.

The only real drawback was the bathing setup: there was just a bathtub, and although it had a shower head, its holder was too high to reach comfortably. I had to hold it myself or sit down to shower. Otherwise, the place was very clean and maintained to a high standard. Service was extremely good, the town centre location was handy, and lovely parks were only a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was great quality too.

The rooms were very clean, and the location couldn't be better. Breakfast was okay. Front desk service felt average, and coordination there could use some improvement.
