The room got uncomfortably hot at night because of a strange plastic mattress. There was no air conditioning, and the showerhead was already broken when we arrived.

The waitress tried to make things right, but the vegetable salad was beyond saving. Most of the vegetables seemed to come from a frozen mix, and it was a total mess. The Svickova was okay, though nothing special. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

10/10
There's a paved path by the artificial lake that's great for a jog, and the restaurant serves cold Pilsener Urquell. We only checked in two hours ago, but so far the staff have been friendly, and the rooms are clean, spacious and nice, with an excellent view.

The waiter was rude, and I didn't feel welcome at all. He seemed very good at driving customers away.

The cakes were delicious, and we were happy with the service. The staff were really nice.
