Truly magical, both the apartment and its setting. It's luxuriously equipped, with everything you can think of, from kitchen gear to towels, slippers, and robes for the infrared sauna. The bathroom has lots of things for your face and hair, plus cotton buds, and there's a TV with catch-up. They even have coffee from a roastery. Just fairy-tale-like! The apartment is ideally placed for getting around town and taking trips. Parking is very close, free, and you only need a small coin for the machine, just not at Velké náměstí. Make sure to enjoy breakfast at Cafe Madona. The ladies look after you with real care and adapt everything to what suits you best. 🫶

Prachatice is an impressive historic old town, and staying at Hotel Parkan feels like stepping back in time thanks to its stylish renovation. We got a warm welcome, and the breakfast was exceptional.

There are just two apartments in the whole historic house, right in central Prachatice and only a few steps from the square. Downstairs there's a sitting area, coffee-making facilities, and an infrared sauna. One apartment is on the floor, while the other, called "Gentleman," is up in the attic, with lots of space and an open sloping roof. It's tastefully furnished and comfortable. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe. You can enjoy spending time inside too, so it's more than somewhere to sleep. Highly recommended.

The owner was very nice and helpful, and the apartments are lovely, right in central Prachatice. We'd be happy to return and highly recommend staying here.

4/2022 The location is right in Prachatice's historic center, just a short walk from the main square. The guesthouse has no parking of its own, and the nearby spaces are paid. You can find free parking in different parts of town if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes. The apartment is stylish, clean, and tastefully furnished, in a quiet setting. The owner is lovely and helpful. You can also arrange breakfast at a pastry shop about 100 m from the guesthouse. Everything else was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it!
