The old town was a bit too far to walk, but getting there was easy by tram or metro, with a station just a couple of minutes away. We had a comfortable stay in a great hotel, with comfy rooms and a good breakfast spread.

Amigo City Centre Hotel has a style that can look dated in online photos, but nearly everyone I spoke to in prague said that's just the style, not a lack of design effort. It doesn't take away from how nice the hotel is overall. I stayed four days and chose the B&B option. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh food constantly coming out of the kitchen, lots of choice, and plenty of drinks. My room was cleaned daily and had a TV, a single bed, a seating area with a dining table, and a free safe, which was nice to see since some hotels charge for that. The mini bar was there, but I didn't use it, and anything used is charged on checkout day. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, wash basin, and hair dryer, all working perfectly, with no little issues. I do a lot of walking, and the Old Town took me roughly 20-30 minutes on foot, depending on personal mobility. Trams, taxis, and ubers were easy to find around this busy City if needed. Thanks to all the staff, cleaners, receptionists, and kitchen staff. You all do a fantastic job, keep it up, and thanks for a great stay.

The room was tidy, but comfort was poor. The pillows felt like cushions with no support, and the old mattress was uneven, higher on one side. Breakfast was extremely basic, mostly bread with hardly any variety. Reception was unhelpful and impolite from the start. It didn't feel like a 4-star hotel, more like 2 stars, and the experience didn't match the price or rating. I'd put it closer to a 2-star stay.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed, including a good shower. The hotel was close to amenities. Thanks, Amigo, I'd definitely recommend it.👌

The breakfast had quite a bit of variety, and there were several kinds of tea and coffee in the room. Our bed was snow-white, and the room was ready an hour before official check-in. For one euro, you can leave one piece of luggage at reception. Late checkout costs 10 euros per hour and is available until 2 PM at the latest. Thanks to the hotel administration, I think we'll come back. Happy to answer questions.
