8/10
The location is great, with everywhere we wanted to visit no more than a 15-minute walk away. Service was good, and the staff helped with everything we needed. The room had an ordinary view, neither especially nice nor bad. The mattress was a little hard, but the big pillow made the bed pretty comfortable. It wasn’t perfect, but it had everything a hotel needs, so I can’t complain. I’d rate it 8/10.

The breakfast was fresh and had plenty to choose from, both sweet and savoury, with hot and cold drinks. Staff kept the dining area clean, too. Our room was tidy and comfortable, with tea and coffee and everything else we needed. Laundry was available for an extra fee. The hotel is in a handy spot, about 20 minutes on foot from the old town and just 3 minutes from a tram stop, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was included and the price was decent. Rooms were nice, and the hotel was well located. The only thing that kept this from being a five-star stay was one front desk employee who seemed put out by us checking in and out. Also, booking early check-in doesn't guarantee it. You only get it if a room is available.

We had a nice, roomy space on the 5th floor, with a good city view from the window. The staff were really friendly, and the location was great. Breakfast was a pretty standard buffet, decent enough.
