We booked at the last minute over the holidays because we didn’t have another option. The apartment was in very poor shape, with old, neglected, run-down furnishings and basic things missing. And after we called to give our arrival time, we still stood outside in the freezing cold for half an hour waiting for the person bringing the keys.
