Apartments Karlin

The room was clean, and the apartment had plenty of space and modern appliances. The self check-in instructions were clear enough. For four people, having the toilet and shower in the same room wasn't ideal. The shower head holder also didn't work well, so we had to hold it by hand while showering.

The Wi-Fi stopped working on day three. I've tried several times to reach the property manager, but I'm being ignored.

The apartment has a good amount of space, with a built-in closet, kitchen, table, and sofa. Parquet flooring runs through the living area and bedroom, while the entrance and kitchen have brickwork. There’s plenty of artificial light, and coded entry to both the building and apartment means no keys to carry. The location is good for the tram and Metro A. For what it costs, I expected more basics. We arrived at 10:15 PM and had to go out for water because there wasn't even a bottle in the apartment. There was no ground coffee or tea for breakfast, and no small shampoo or shower gel bottles in the bathroom. The TV was there, but both Wi-Fi networks were slow and unreliable, with no signal near the window, and they didn't reach across the whole apartment. The double bed is two single beds pushed together. The mattresses are very thin, though comfortable overall. Cleanliness could be better.

The price is good, though a little more attention to the details would have helped. The apartment is outside the center but near the metro, tram, and bus stops, and the place itself is nice. The dishes weren't spotless, there was dust around, and the shower wasn't especially clean. Plates, glasses, and pots were limited but enough. Towels were less adequate, just one small one per person.
