Botanique Hotel Prague

Everyone was so welcoming, and we enjoyed the dining room, bar, and the rest of our time at the hotel. The staff were quick to help us arrange room access for Shabbat when we asked before it began. We’re Orthodox Jews, and they handled it with a smile and no trouble at all. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, with a huge bed and everything we needed. When we mentioned it was our honeymoon, they surprised us with champagne and a lovely note.

The location made getting around easy: Old Town Square is within walking distance, there’s a tram stop just outside, and the train station is nearby. We had a clean, comfortable room and slept well in the great bed. Breakfast was good too. The one problem was getting towels. The first request took three calls and around 50 minutes. Two days later, we asked the front desk again, but the towels never arrived. It was late, so we didn’t follow up. Everything else was positive, and we still enjoyed our stay.

The room was tidy and very clean, and the staff were friendly and good at helping sort things out. Big thanks to Marok (maybe wrong spelling), who was especially friendly and helped us a lot. With reasonable prices and a great breakfast, we’d definitely come back when we visit Prague. The hotel is in a handy spot, right by the underground, with a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

We had a quiet, comfortable, clean triple room, and breakfast had a great selection. The staff were helpful and gladly kept our luggage until we came back for it. The hotel is right beside the tram, bus, and metro stops, all very easy to use. Prague's public transport is cheap, frequent, and on time. Couldn’t fault the stay. Perfect.
