Boutique Lofts

I live across the street from this building, and I wouldn't recommend these apartments. The small lofts are often crammed with big groups of young people who come to party. They play loud music late at night, smoke, toss cigarette butts out the windows, and even climb onto the roof. The noise and disruption affect nearby neighbors as well as people staying in the building. I contacted the hosts through Airbnb, but got no response and they didn't seem to care. It's definitely not a peaceful place.

The beds are nice, the apartment looks fine, and it's pretty decent for the price. It's not far from central Prague, about 30 minutes on foot or 15 by public transport. There are plenty of nearby shops for whatever you need, plus a Starbucks close by. We were disappointed by the limited tableware: just one pan and four glasses. Cooking with a single pan wasn't really possible, and although we asked for another, it never arrived. If you're after a nice, non-luxury place that's still perfectly fine, give this one a try.

We were asleep in the apartment when the owner said neighbors had complained about noise at 4 am. We’d gone out around 8 pm, returned around 3, and went straight to bed. I sent photos from the city and a scooter app screenshot showing we’d been at the city market and in a club, but the owner still blamed us and showed no evidence. We lost our 200 euros deposit. Never again.

More than six months after we left, the building owner still hasn’t returned our 1000 euros deposit, even though the apartment was in the same condition as when we arrived. Erasmus students, be careful.
