I checked in today and got a terrible attic room. It was stuffy and hot, and the conditioner didn’t work. There were two small windows that only opened from the bottom up, with no curtains. The noise outside made it impossible to sleep, and if it rains, we won’t be able to open them. The booking didn’t mention that the room was in the attic. On weekends reception is only open until 2-00 p.m. I’ve never seen a hotel front desk with a schedule like that.

The rooms were really clean, and they cleaned them well every day. The pillows are a little thin and the TV is kind of old, but the room is good value. The location is perfect, close to the metro and tram station, with a supermarket nearby. Reception isn’t open 24/7, which can be a downside, though express check-in is easy and convenient. Just let the hotel know your estimated arrival time to avoid possible inconvenience.

The location worked pretty well for us, and the hotel did what we needed. The room was very basic and not especially cosy. You have to ask for things like towels and a hair dryer, and the whole setup feels very self-service. Even the towels and slippers are the cheapest quality. A very average three-star hotel.

There are shops, restaurants, and several public transport stops within about 500 meters, and the city centre is fairly close. The rooms were clean, tidy, quiet, and cute.
