Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast had plenty of variety and was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre, with the main attractions within walking distance. My partner and I stayed at the Pytloun boutique hotel for four nights for our anniversary. We had a few small problems on the first day, but Suzana, the Guest Relations Manager, took care of everything with real professionalism and care. She clearly loves her job and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. She even wrote us a handwritten letter, something I’d never experienced before. That personal touch and attention to detail made the trip feel special. Suzana gave the hotel an extra spark, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for the genuine care and service. Thank you again, Suzana, for making our stay so memorable.

The people here really made us feel at home. The managers were friendly and paid attention to the little things, and the bar staff served cold beer in the evenings. Ahmed was always somewhere nearby and ready to help with whatever we needed. There were free tapas every day and a welcome drink too, which helped make us feel comfortable and special. The location is excellent, breakfast has lots of choices, and all the staff are amazing and friendly. We’ve travelled a lot, but had a particularly amazing experience at this hotel. We’ll stay here every time we visit Prague.

The Sky Bar has breathtaking, open panoramic views across Prague, and the rooms were quiet and restful despite the hotel being right on Wenceslas Square. I stayed here with my wife, and we found it an ideal base for sightseeing. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed, and high-tech, with excellent soundproofing, Nespresso machines, and adjustable smart lighting. The hotel and rooms were kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a high-quality buffet with lots of fresh choices, and the free afternoon tapas were a lovely extra. Dining at Talíř/Sky Bar was also a distinctive, high-quality experience.

Arina, Ahmed, and Veronica were so kind and welcoming, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Their support and warm attitude made our stay feel special. I had a wonderful time at Pytloun Boutique Hotel, and would gladly return. I’d highly recommend it, especially for the people working there. Their hospitality and genuine care make a real difference.
