We stayed in a spacious, comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a big bathroom, for five of us, three adults and two kids. The location was excellent, with trams, the metro, shops, and pharmacies nearby, and plenty within walking distance. When we ran into a problem, the staff dealt with it right away and communication was great. The A/C worked, but could have been colder. We didn’t come to Prague to spend all our time indoors, though. We had a great stay and I’d return.
I’m in Prague for work every other week and keep choosing this MH Apartments. It’s clean, has a good connection to central Prague, and there’s good food nearby. I’ve had no problems here so far. Recently a shower broke, and they handled it like this (see picture). The customer service was excellent, too.
We were three older ladies sharing over New Year, and the apartment suited us very well. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. Shops, restaurants, and transport were all close by. Check-in was easy, and someone was always reachable at “reception” by phone. We had no trouble from booking through changing the reservation to departure. Thanks, Ilia, Ingrid & Nikita.
The place looked lovely when we arrived, and check-in was easy. The room was clean, and the welcome package was nice. We stayed three nights with our two children, aged 2 and 5, and as we used the apartment we found several things weren’t being looked after properly. The bathroom sink clogged. A plumber came quickly after we called reception, but left a mess and only partly cleared it, so it clogged again. Some pans didn’t work on the induction stove, and one chair was broken. The scariest moment came on our last night. Our two-year-old was switching the bedroom light on and off, then pushed the lamp somehow. He got an electric shock, and the power shorted across the apartment with a small bang. I was frightened for him, though he seemed mostly scared too. I called reception. The young woman who answered was very kind and tried hard to help, but clearly hadn’t had enough training. When I asked about a nearby doctor, she didn’t really know where one was. We were worried about how much of a shock he’d had. We got moved to another apartment, and our child was fine, but it was a frightening incident, probably because the lamp wasn’t installed properly. We liked the place and it could have been perfect with a careful maintenance person to handle the little practical problems and more training for reception staff. The motion-sensor light in the hallway was also really annoying. There should at least be a way to turn it off.
