The people here made a real difference. Klara and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and went out of their way to help, from arranging laundry to carrying my bag upstairs. I also appreciated the personal letters with suggestions for places nearby. My room was roomy and comfortable, and the painted ceiling on the top floor was unlike anything I’d seen in a hotel. The building’s history and decor made the whole place feel special. Breakfast was great too, with eggs, sausages, and crepes made to order each morning. Charles Bridge is just steps away, with lovely cafes and restaurants all around. This was the highlight of my trip, and I’ll recommend it to others.

The room was really nice, especially the fully renovated bathroom, and the location was about as good as it gets. Breakfast was great, with excellent scrambled eggs. The staff were so helpful and hospitable, even after we’d checked out. I’d definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It had all the essentials, plus a few thoughtful extras that made it comfortable. The next morning, the young woman at reception was warm, professional, and ready to help. The terrace had a fantastic view, and the city felt calm and private from there. The location puts you right in the heart of Prague. We’d gladly stay again.

Breakfast kept us full each day, with more to choose from than at a typical European hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the beds were among the most comfortable we’ve slept in at a hotel. The pictures don’t really capture how lovely the place is.
