They only told us today that we couldn’t stay tomorrow. Now we’re left without a place with our three kids, and have to pay more than double elsewhere. Unbelievable. There should be a zero-star rating.

Communication was completely absent. For 14 days before our stay I tried reaching the accommodation in writing and by phone. After I contacted Booking, the reservation somehow got canceled a week before we were due to arrive, with no call or apology. The gentleman still wouldn’t answer when I called, and only picked up when I used another phone. Then he said it was my problem and I should sort it out with Booking. We don’t recommend this place.

We spent two hours sitting on the sidewalk at the address because there was no way to contact the property. If we hadn’t booked through Booking.com, we wouldn’t have had anywhere to sleep. A disaster, I can’t recommend it.

Peter gave the best service, and I had a cocktail there that I’ll never forget. I enjoyed many days at the place, so I miss going back.
