Residence Tesnov Apartment

We left the apartment in September, and still never got back the deposit they made us pay a week before arrival. I raised the issue, but they kept leading me to believe the money was on its way. Next door, a group of party boys kept partying every single night, and my fiancé had to go over and tell them to calm the f down. Our sleep was often interrupted. There were also loose tiles all over the entrance and stairs up to the rooms, and every morning someone was throwing trash into the backyard bins for some reason. Simply, don’t stay here.

The location is great, and the beds and furnishings are good. But the room has three large windows, and even with all the curtains pulled together they’d cover only one. You need wider curtains. It’s terrible if you care about privacy. The soap and shampoo they provide don’t lather, and the dispenser was broken. Asking guests to take out their trash when they leave is ridiculous. I know you’re not a hotel, but I’ve never had an Airbnb ask me to do that.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the apartment was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. We felt at home right away. Every detail, from the fresh linens and towels to the clean space, showed real professionalism. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and they answered our questions within minutes. Check-in was smooth and flexible. The hosts clearly care about guests being comfortable and happy. Everything about the apartment and service was flawless from the moment we arrived. It’s a great choice for a weekend or longer stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff made everything feel easy, always friendly and ready to help. The place was spotless and had a fresh, modern feel, right in the middle of everything so I could walk wherever I wanted. I had a really good stay and would happily come back.
