Andrey at reception was a highlight, very polite, professional, articulate, and welcoming. His helpful manner made a real difference, and the reception team added a lot to the experience. There’s also a free coffee and hot chocolate station in the reception area, which was a great extra. Cloister Inn Hotel worked well for us as an affordable option in a convenient Old Town location, with easy access to Charles Bridge. The rooms were clean, and cleanliness wasn’t a problem. The interior feels a little dated and could use modernization, while facilities are basic. Still, the room was a good size, and the bathroom and shower area were especially spacious. Breakfast options were limited, so I’d only book it if the price is good. Overall, a solid budget choice.

Akmad gave us a warm welcome and clearly explained everything. The rooms are simple and clean, with a great shower, and you can have them cleaned daily if you want. Free hot drinks in reception were a nice extra. It’s a good-value budget hotel right in the middle of the old town. The location is ideal for walking to Prague’s main sights or catching a tram or bus. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

I usually steer clear of independent hotels because the quality can be unpredictable. This was the only affordable option left when I booked my Prague trip at the last minute, but it turned out much better than I expected. The staff went out of their way to help, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect.

Most tourist attractions are walkable from this well-located hotel near the Old City. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was OK, though it could use some renovation and modernization. The TV was old and the smallest I’ve ever seen, with no smart features or internet access for YouTube or services like Netflix and Amazon. The price was reasonable, and having a coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch.
