Apartment House - The Modern Flat

The manager was friendly and gave us some recommendations. We stayed just one night and hope to try another apartment on our next visit. The location was great and the place was clean. The gallery ceiling is a little low, but the bed was comfortable.

We stayed for four days. The apartments were smaller than advertised and left a lot to be desired, though for the price it was decent value and the location was great. The lack of parking was a big downside for us: we paid 150 euros at a local garage for the whole stay. I wouldn't stay again.

We stayed in the diamond flat, which worked perfectly for three people. The bathroom was clean and towels were included, and the kitchen had the appliances we needed, including a kettle, microwave, and cooking plate. The top floor gets a bit hot when the temperature goes above 18°C, and the ceiling is low, so watch your head. Parking can be hard to find because the street spots are only for residents. The apartment itself is great and right in the middle of the city.

Riad was attentive throughout our stay and even arranged a taxi to the Radisson Blu Hotel. We stayed in the duplex, which sleeps six; there were just two of us, so we had a large double bed and a bedroom each. It had everything we needed, and we had no complaints about the service or facilities. The location worked really well for visiting Prague's main sights, with several good restaurants right nearby. We'd read great reviews of Apartment House The Modern Flat before booking, and found it lived up to them. I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay with good value in the sightseeing area.
