The room was roomy, with a comfortable king bed, and the shower was great, especially compared with other European hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's close to the main Christmas markets. It's a good base, though the location could be better if your main goal is walking around the old town. I'd love to come back someday.

The location is great and there's not much noise from outside, but at night you can hear your neighbors a lot. Some rooms are a floor above where the elevator stops, and the stairs feel a bit sketchy.

Kamila came to our rescue when we realized my wife had left her phone behind after leaving a thank-you note at Reception. She went out of her way to arrange a taxi to take it to the train station before we left. We offered a reward, but she quickly said, "no worries, I am happy I could help." We'll remember her kindness and the hospitality of the whole staff for a long time. The reception team were wonderful throughout our stay. They greeted us like friends and gave us a map with detailed information about nearby sights and good places to eat. Hotel Dolce Vita Suites is centrally located and great value, an ideal base for seeing Prague. Thank you, Kamila and the team, for such a kind and lovely stay!

The staff alone would be enough for me to recommend this hotel. They were consistently helpful with taxi bookings and restaurant reservations, and always greeted us warmly. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly serviceable. I wasn't expecting luxury at a 3 star hotel, and we spent little time indoors while exploring, but I had no complaints about the room. Housekeeping did a great job too. The location is also convenient, within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and bars, with public transport nearby for going farther afield. Use the PID app to avoid ticket validation issues that I've seen others mention. I'd happily recommend it.

We arrived at Hotel Dolce Vita Suites worn out after an extremely trying day, hoping to get straight to sleep. The staff had kindly upgraded us from a triple room to a quadruple room at no extra charge, which gave the three of us a chance to spend the night in separate rooms. We really appreciated that. The place was clean and quite pretty, and learning that the building is historic made the stay more enjoyable. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.
