Self check-in was easy, and having a receptionist during the day helped a lot when I needed somewhere to leave my luggage after checkout on the last day of my trip. The flat was clean and the location was great. There was a slight unpleasant smell, but it didn’t bother me much. I was on the fifth floor, and since the lift only went to the fourth, I had to take the stairs for the rest.

I stayed at this hotel with my family on 16/12/2025. It was perfect, clean, and comfortable. I especially want to thank the staff, particularly Kristina, the girl with the amazing smile ☺️

An awful place. They say it’s step-free, but it definitely isn’t, so I’d never recommend it. The cleaning staff also kept using the guest lifts, and we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves.

I asked for a late checkout, which wasn’t possible, but they still let us stay until 12 instead of 11. We’ll come back next time for sjarka, the hostess, not even the hotel hahaha!🫶🏻

The residence is in central Prague but also far enough out to be quiet. I loved the apartment I stayed in. It was beautifully clean and smelled nice when I arrived. I don’t like meeting people, so the virtual reception suited me, and the communication and help were great. I recommend staying here sometime.
