The owner was very nice, and the rooms and bathroom were pretty clean. The building itself is very old, though, with thin walls, and the room doors didn’t make us feel very secure. Nothing bad actually happened. Keep in mind they don’t take card payments, so bring cash. For the price it was okay, but I’ve stayed in better places for the same amount.

For a really good price, you get a well-located hostel with separate rooms that are fairly high standard. I really can’t complain.

Customer service was awful. I asked to cancel my Booking.com reservation for free, but they wouldn’t accept the request and kept my money.

I had a good time in Prague. The accommodation was okay, and it worked well as a base to return to after spending the day out. The owner was helpful and very nice.

The owner is kind and helpful, a person with a good heart. I had a very nice stay. The comfort wasn’t great, but it matched the price. Thank you, Peter!
