Getting around was easy from this apartment. It’s close to the main sights, with cafes, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was quieter, too. The apartment was cozy and clean, just as described. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and kitchen facilities all worked fine. Communication with the host was smooth. They replied promptly and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions, so the stay was stress-free.

The apartment itself was clean and okay, on a nice street away from the center of Prague, but you can hear the neighbors a lot, even when they’re just walking or talking. If you want a good night’s sleep, this isn’t a good choice. Check-in was easy. Customer service was a nightmare, though. I may need to reschedule, but even though I booked the most expensive option with free cancellation, I was one day past the deadline and they wouldn’t meet me halfway. Booking.com was happy to help, but Stacy from Eight Secrets wasn’t. Save your money for one of the many Prague apartments with good customer service and rescheduling options. There was even another apartment available on my preferred date.

We slept well here: the beds were large with very comfortable mattresses, and heavy curtains kept out the light. The apartment was also well sound-insulated. It was spotless and modern, and the studio was easy to access, with the city center within walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, and the bathroom was clean and maintained. A supermarket is a short walk away for essentials. Check-in was simple, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend.

The location worked perfectly for us, about a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, including nr 22, or the metro station on line A. The apartment was cozy and warm, with everything we needed provided, and it’s one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. Our host, Sophia, was the best. She took our needs into account and always replied quickly to questions, which made us feel very welcome.
