We were here for four nights with family, and it worked well as a base. The clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff made the stay easy, and Wenceslas Square is within walking distance. Trams and the metro are also close. Breakfast comes with the stay and was reasonably satisfying, though the selection was mostly Western and had no Asian soup options, a small disappointment for our family. The location and value are good, but the facilities and service feel a step behind international chain hotels.

The garage was the main inconvenience. You reach it by car elevator, the space inside is very tight, and valet help is usually needed to get the car in or out. That makes flexible access difficult, and I wish we'd known beforehand. Given the general parking situation in Hungary, it's manageable if you plan to leave the car parked for most of your stay. There are other parking options nearby too. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this classy, modern hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the rooms spotless and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. Breakfast was outstanding, and I loved the spa and wellness area. Massage treatments were available at very reasonable prices. On very cold winter nights, though, the heating could have been stronger or adjustable above 25°C. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The loud door slamming was the worst part of our stay. In the morning, other guests leaving their rooms kept slamming the doors, making it impossible to sleep. The TVs are old, have no smart features for connecting a phone or laptop, and offer very few channels worth watching. Earplugs and your own entertainment may come in handy. The rooms were decent for a short stay, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet area. Breakfast was rich and really good, with plenty of choices. It's fine if you mainly need a place to sleep and have breakfast, but the doors need soft closers and the TVs need an upgrade.

The breakfast was amazing, with a varied selection that staff kept replenished and in great order. Reception were courteous, helpful, and spoke perfect English. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the spa massages were professional, very clean, and fairly priced. The location was perfect too. Usually there's something to criticize in a hotel, but I couldn't find it here. Congratulations to the team!

I had a pleasant stay and can definitely recommend the hotel. The room was very clean, and the cleaner did a great job every day. Staff were polite, kind, and helpful, and breakfast was good. I really had nothing to complain about.
