Hotel Duo

I want to recognize the Duo Hotel staff, especially Jamaica and Francis in the restaurant. They served us tasty meals with smiles. Ricky at the front desk kindly kept our luggage somewhere safe while we had breakfast and waited for our tour bus. Conrado made my egg omelette quickly and just right, while Michael knew the menu well and helped us find condiments that made the food even better. Everyone was easy to communicate with and gave good service. I hope to visit Prague again and will recommend Duo Hotel Prague to future guests. Keep up the good work!

We were made to feel welcome from the first day to the last, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for school trips and big groups. I spent three weeks here as Lead Tutor for several school groups, with students and teachers rotating in and out, which could have been a logistical headache. The team helped make it feel like a home away from home. Medo at the front desk deserves a special mention for all 21 days. Even when the lobby was busy and we had lots of requests, he stayed patient, kind, and respectful with every student and teacher. He solved problems quickly, from room keys to local advice, always with a can-do attitude, and his smile lifted the mood when managing a big group of teenagers. By the end, students and professors all knew him by name. He became a friend to the group, not just the receptionist. The rest of the staff were also consistently polite, professional, and ready to help. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations too. Every group was happy with the quality and variety of the meals, no small feat with dozens of students. The rooms were modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned them quickly and efficiently every day without any issues. We'll certainly be back.

I had a really good time at the hotel. It's welcoming, and the staff are professional. Medo was especially helpful and kind to our class throughout the trip, and made us feel very welcome.

The rooms were very clean, all the appliances worked, and the maids did a great job keeping things tidy. The TV was limited, with only about 8 channels and no YouTube. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and was very good. Dinner was good too, although on two occasions they didn't remove the onions when we asked. The waiters could also be slow to seat you, even with plenty of space in the dining area. There's lots of parking, good wheelchair access, and the location is handy, not far from Střížkov metro. Staff were helpful and respectful, and most spoke English. The hotel also has a gym, bar, and outdoor area. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it.
